| The Sunrise Powerlink will expand access to clean, renewable solar, geothermal and wind energy located in California's desert southeast regions such as the Imperial Valley. | This "energy superhighway" will improve the reliability of Southern California's electric transmission grid and help protect against future power outages and blackouts. | By providing access to more sources of power and relieving expensive transmission line bottlenecks, the Sunrise Powerlink will reduce energy costs to consumers statewide. |
